Stir ‘n Drop Oatmeal Cookies~
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Bake for 10 minutes
Stir together:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
Add:
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 cups rolled oats
Mix in thoroughly:
½ cup vegetable oil
4 tbsp milk
2 eggs
Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips
Drop dough by rounded tsp about 2 inches apart on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Note: if you use a mixer – be sure not to over mix as they will not bake correctly.
